12-Step Tools for Everyone
Track your own recovery. Stay connected with your sponsor.
My Recovery Program is a private iPhone app for people working AA, NA, and/or Al-Anon - on your own, or with a sponsor. No account, no server, no ads. What you write stays yours.
What it does
One app for your own program - and the people in it
Your programs
Track AA, NA, and/or Al-Anon at the same time, each with its own recovery date, elapsed time, and upcoming milestones.
Steps
All twelve, in your fellowship's own wording, for every program you're working. Mark where you are and keep notes.
Meetings
Log what you attend and set your own goals - 90 in 90, 30 in 30, or whatever you choose. Run more than one at a time.
Daily inventory
A tenth-step-style check-in: five prompts and a blank space. Answer what's useful, skip the rest.
Commitments
One-time or recurring, with an optional calendar event and a reminder.
Sponsor & sponsees
Chosen from your own contacts. One sponsor per program, and everyone you sponsor kept separate from your own recovery.
Assignments
Step work given to you, or given to a sponsee, with an optional step, due date, and reminder. Sent as a message you write and send yourself.
SOS
One tap to 988, 911, the SAMHSA helpline, and anyone you've added as an emergency contact - from every screen.
Privacy
No account. No server. No ads.
There's no sign-up and no sign-in. My Recovery Program has no server of its own, so nothing you write is uploaded anywhere. Your data stays on your device unless you turn on iCloud backup - and then it goes to your own iCloud account, not to us. There's no "us" to send it to.
Availability
Currently in a small closed beta
My Recovery Program isn't on the App Store yet. It's being tested by a small, hand-picked group of testers before a wider release.
